We want to make the GoBoat experience as easy as possible for you. Therefore, most of the administration of your trip is set up as self-service so you don't have to wait for us, e.g.:
- All bookings and payments can be made online
- At any time you can add extra products to your booking - just click the link in you booking confirmation email
- You can rebook or get a voucher for the full amount until 24 hours before departure - just use the link in the booking confirmation email
- Any questions you might have are most likely answered in our FAQ - check it for fast answers to your inquiries
- Please remember the person booking the boat must show a government issued ID when you check in

Phone opening hours are Monday to Friday from 10.00 til 13.00. If possible, please use the email or self serving option. We can't edit or cancel your booking by phone.

Are you interested in GoBoat hosting your next private event? If you need 4 or more boats for an event, then please contact us on info@goboatus.com. If you only need boats for an event with no extras, or need 1-3 boats you can rent them yourself here.
